I-Phone Photo Dump 3-8-12

Since I have gotten my I-Phone my camera has went into hibernation.  I think I have only had it out a couple of times.  I need to start doing better.  It is just more convient to pick my phone up and snap a picture.  Here are some pictures from my phone & the kids I-pods.  Next week I want to link-up for phone phone Monday's so I am trying to get all the pictures off my phone before then.


The girl's dresses & Spencer's tux came in the mail yesterday.  They both had to try them on.  I LOVE the girl's dresses and Spencer looks like a young man in his tux.  I can't wait for the other girls to try their dresses on tomorrow. (I will definitely be taking some better pictures with my camera)

Randomness

Working over-time and trying to plan a wedding do NOT go well together.  I will probably lose my mind before it is over.  Just rambling for a few minutes.

*Dresses are ordered...YAY  The girls dresses & Spencer's tux have already been shipped.  My dress is supposed to be shipped tomorrow, but it is coming from China.  I was a little optimistic about ordering it, but it was the dress I fell in love with.

*I am planning to get all invitations out this weekend.  The girls wanted to help with them so we made adjustments so they could do their part.  They helped stuff envelopes, put address labels & return labels on. 

*I need to get my blog caught up...maybe tomorrow.  We have done some redecorating in the girl's room.  They love their new beds, sheets and comforters.  Bobby & I spent all day Saturday putting bunk beds together.  We took the girls shopping last weekend and they each picked out a new bedding set.  Also, my ring FINALLY came in.  I love it :)  Watch for back dated entries soon.

*I have so many wedding ideas running through my head, but between working & keeping this house on it's foundation I haven't accomplished near enough.  I didn't realize how much time and money go into planning a wedding.

*I have been following some blogs that I want to start linking up to soon.  Here are a few:  Oh, How Pinteresting Wednesday at The Vintage Apple, Phone Photo Monday at On The Front Porch Looking In, and Project 365 at Between the lines.  These are a few of the link-up's I would like to start doing on a weekly basis.

Girls New Bunk Beds

We spend the day taking beds down & putting together new bunk beds for the girls.  I wish I would have taken a before and after picture of their room.  It looks so much better now & they have so much more room.

Beautiful Day

The kids enjoyed the beautiful afternoon outside.  They rode their bikes up & down the road.  I believe it is time for new bikes because they have outgrown these.

Stormy Day

My plan for the day included getting all our dresses ordered & getting some sleep. The last four nights I have put in over 50 hours at work. I am beyond exhausted, but with the treat of severe weather there will be no sleep for me today. I am terrified of storms, so instead of sleeping I am going to pull a book out & stick my head in it. My book choice is "The Vow". I have been wanting to see the movie, but I gotta read the book first. I will do a book review when I am finished & then hopefully Bobby & I can go watch the movie. Hope everyone stays safe today & the severe weather stays away. Happy Hump/Leap Year Day!!! :)

Bobby came home from work earlier because they were giving storms.  We stay at home & watched the wind gust.  It blew down a few small trees, but we didn't have any damage.  After the storm was over we went and got the kids from Nanny & Pa's (they went & got them from school when it started storming).  After we got them we had to head to Walmart to get groceries.  Morgan must have been wore out because she took a nap in the van.  The two boys were being silly with the girls headband.

While we were at Walmart we checked to see if my ring was back & IT WAS!!!  I am still waiting on my wedding band, but my engagment ring came in and it fits :)

Spring is just around the corner

It was a beautiful afternoon.  The kids headed outside to play as soon as they got home from school.  We are all ready for warmer weather so we can start exploring the woods/creeks again.  The kids were happy to be back outside & Leo was loved all the attention he got.  :)

Wedding Invitations

The main reason we decided to get married here was because of the kids.  They begged us not to get married in Vegas because they wanted to be part of it.  The girls love helping every chance they get.  Today we got the invitations ready to mail.  They helped stuff envelopes & put labels on.

Just the girls

Spencer stayed with a friend tonight, so it was just the girls.  Harley had birthday money & Gracie had tooth fairy money so we took them to Walmart.  On the way we decided to take them out to eat.  We ended up at Mr. Gatti's.  They had a great time & got their bellies full.

After we ate we headed to Walmart.  Harley got an I-tunes gift card so she could download more apps on her I-pod.  Gracie got two sets of handcuffs.  While we were there the girls picked out new comforter sets from their bunk beds.  This is what they ended up with.

Spencer will be excited when he see's what came in the mail today. His request for our Chicago trip. The girls request is the American Girl Store. After wedding planning is over I have to start planning our summer vacation trip to Chicago...at least I already have a start :)

We had company last night and they brought us lots of Girl Scout cookies.  This is my favorite time of year....COOKIE TIME...especially this year since we don't have to sell them.  We just have to eat them :)  Morgan was happy to see Kaci, Ally, Dylan & Jonathan.  Morgan tried to get her picture taken with Dylan, but he wasn't having any part of it.
