Morgan's 1st Basketball Practice

Since we have moved & changed counties; we decided to let the kids play sports up here this year.   This way they can meet people from around here. 

Morgan had her first basketball practice tonight. She was a tad bit nervous before it started, but after she got there she was fine.  Morgan is my little social butterfly...she never meets a stranger.  Her age group consist on 5th & 6th graders.  When we got to the gym the Middle School team was practicing.  Over half the girls on Morgan's Little League team also play for the Middle School team.  This is Morgan's first year ever playing basketball...so she has quite a bit to learn.  There are several girls on her team that are really good ball players, but they have probably played ball all their life.  I told Morgan she just needs to learn the basics right now & all the rest will come to her.  The coach taught them a lot about the game.  Here are a few pictures from practice.  I hope she continues to like it.

Buddy was hiding in the Christmas Tree when the kids came home from school today.  He didn't hide too well because Morgan spotted him as soon as she walked in the door. :)
