The Prize :)

Finally after five long, hard, stressful, tearful & life changing years the prize I have been working for has been achieved. I PASSED my NCLEX!!!!!!!! I now have my KY nursing license & a RN after my name. It is a wonderful feeling having that behind me.

I am so thankful to everyone who has helped me through this journey in my life. There is NO way I could have done it alone. A special thanks to my family for listening to me vent, cry & complain, but for always standing behind me & pushing me a little harder when I felt like giving up. Also to everyone who helped me with the kids & helped make sure they were where they needed to be. And last but certainly not least a HUGE thank you to Bobby for having pushing me to study every night, even when I didn't feel like it & for having confidence in me...sometimes when I didn't have confidence in myself. For the last 5 weeks we have sat and done NCLEX cards EVERY night, but all the hard work finally paid off.

The kids were ecstatic when they found out I passed. They have stood behind me through it all & pushed me in so many ways. This is OUR future kids...now it's time to enjoy it.
