Friday Letters (8-10-12)

Dear God: Thank you for my many blessings. I have so much to be thankful for & sometimes life gets so busy I forget this!

Dear Church: I missed you last week, but we will be back Sunday. Our house had the funk last weekend, but thankfully everyone is better now!

Dear Hubby: I am your wife. Did you forget about me? Once you started playing this game called Song Pop you have been a little preoccupied (just kidding). I am so blessed to have you by my side. Thank you for getting the kids on the bus every morning, since I can't be there. A big thank you for doing laundry here lately. You are much better at it then I am, so I think you should be the laundry man from now on.

Dear Kids: You have almost made it through your first week of school! Let's make this a great year & make lots of memories along the way!

Dear Morgan: You are growing up way too fast for me. This week You have amazed me. You are now in the 6th grade. You started a new school and have already made new friends. I knew you wouldn't have any problem because you are my social butterfly and you love to talk. You did awesome today with those four shots. There were some tears shed, but at least it isn't take three people to hold you down. I am so proud of you for getting some control over that mouth. We still have some tweaking to do, but it is a lot better.

Dear Spencer: You are growing up too fast too. You are now in the fourth grade. You also started a new school his year and you have made new friends already too. I knew you would adjust fine too. The first day you were a little nervous because you didn't know what to expect, but you got off the bus all smiles & happy as ever.

Dear Haylee: You are now in the fourth grade too. You & Spencer are in the same class & even share a locker. Thank you for helping Spencer adjust to his new school & being his buddy. You will be at our house more this school year. I look forward to watching you grow & making memories.

Dear Harley & Gracie: I have missed you the last two weeks. Can't wait to see you this weekend. I'm glad you are enjoying school this year.

Dear Day Off (or night in my case): Please don't let me sleep it away. That is the only bad thing about having one day off when you are on night shift.

Dear Sunshine: You are bright and shine through my window when I'm trying to sleep. Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the heat you produce & I'm definitely not ready for cold weather. I will try to solve the problem this weekend by blacking out my bedroom.

Dear Taxes: You take way to much money out of my paycheck. I could pay a few more bills if you would stay away.

Dear Blog: I'm trying to do better keeping you up to date. I enjoy blogging, but sometimes just can't find the time. I love finding new blogs to read through link-ups. I also love new followers. I have some ideas & hopefully soon I can start putting some of them into action. My blog is still lacking a few things. I would like to make a button & social media buttons for my blog. I also would like to get my blog out there more & start getting to know other bloggers better. Hopefully these will all start happening soon.

Dear House: I am sorry I haven't given you as much attention lately. Tomorrow I am giving you a deep cleaning. Please forgive me.

Dear Sleep: I hope you find your way back into my life next week. Maybe my mommy nerves will be settled & I can get some much needed rest while I'm the only one home.
