Ice = No School

The kids got their wish for NO School today.  We woke up to a blanket of ice.  Bobby had to wake the kids up at 4:30 to let them know there was no school.  They were so excited they got up & wouldn't go back to sleep.  Morgan was playing Twister in the living room at 6 am.

My dad slipped on the ice this morning on his way to work & ended up in the ER.  He had surgery at 5 pm due to his femur bone being broke in four different places.  He is doing well, but is still in a lot of pain.  We went to visit him tonight.

Someone has a birthday next week...Miss Harley Danielle.  We went out for supper tonight & she got a "special" birthday treat at O'Charley's.  Happy "early" Birthday Harley!!!
